The beta for Black Ops 6 is here and it features a packed progression system for something that is intended to be a small glimpse at what’s to come. So we’re going to talk you through how to rank up fast in Black Ops 6.

Those who managed to rank up all the way to the level cap will receive an abundance of in-game rewards.

Play Objective Modes

Objective-based modes always yield more XP than kill dependant modes.

This is because of several factors:

• These games last much longer than kill-dependant modes, meaning there are more kills in a game and thus more points and XP
• You gain points and XP for capturing objectives
• You gain bonus points and XP for killing opponents on or around objectives
• Some challenges are mode-specific granting bonus XP

Complete Challenges

Similarly to MW3, completing challenges will help you rank up much faster.

These challenges tend to offer bonus XP letting you rattle through levels and fly towards your goal.

Mix Up Your Weapons And Loadouts

This brings me on to the next point, don’t use the same weapons and loadouts over and over again.

Challenges are also weapon and loadout specific, so there are more likely to be different and easier challenges that dish out more XP faster for trying other arsenals.

Use Team-Friendly Scorestreaks

Getting killstreaks will ultimately generate more points, more kills and thus more XP.

By using scorestreaks such as the UAV or Counter-UAV will give you assist bonuses for kills that your teammates get while your killstreaks are active.

Use Double XP Tokens And Participating in Double XP Events

While this isn’t helpful during the beta, as there is no double XP tokens or double XP weekends, when they are available make sure you utilise them as much as you can to rapidly rank up.
