The Black Ops 6 beta is out and it’s introducing another new new mechanic, or you could say feature. Therefore, you might be wondering how to use your knife in Black Ops 6.

Many are excited to utilise this new mechanic. In the past, Call of Duty players would have to use either a secondary weapon or melee weapon; now they can have all three in their class.

How To Use Your Knife In Black Ops 6

Now you may have noticed on your classes that you have a Primary, Secondary and a Melee weapon.

When you switch weapons, you may have also noticed you only seem to switch between your Primary and Secondary.

So how can you gain access to your melee?

All you need to do is hold down your melee button and you will automatically switch to it.

Once it’s equipped you will run and move much faster than you do with your regular weapons equipped.

This isn’t the only new feature in Black Ops 6, another one is the Body Shield mechanic that allows you to take an enemy hostage and utilise them like a meat shield.
