A simple moshpit featuring a number of different game modes, hosted on the new Season 3 multiplayer maps Beacon, Abyss, Plaza and Gridlock.

Demolition

Release Date: Season 3 Launch Window

Release Date: Launch

In a lot of ways, this mode is like Search and Destroy with respawns, which made its debut in Modern Warfare 2 (2009).

Each side takes it in turns to destroy both bomb sites (all players are equipped with a bomb), when one site is blown up, additional time is added on. It’s the best of two rounds, but if both sides are drawing, it will go to overtime. In overtime, both teams fight to destroy a neutral bomb site.

Aim High

Release Date: In Season

In this unique mode, it is all about precision. Just like in Black Ops 6, headshots are instant kills, while body shots do minimal damage. This mode is played across a variety of game modes.

Snipers Only

Release Date: Launch

In this mode, snipers are the only form of lethality you can use. All scorestreaks, field upgrades, secondaries and equipment are disables. You’ll be able to customise your sniper, otherwise a default will be provided.

Freerun

Release Date: Mid-Season

In a sprint to finish line, 10 players will run and climb through the original map Ascent.

Heat Wave Havoc

Release Date: Launch

Players will aim to raise their heat level with high-level cooperative actions in a moshpit of Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Domination and Hardpoint.

There are five Heat levels each granting additional abilities by revealing enemies, scrambling enemy radars, buffing teammates, impairing enemies, capturing or defending objectives and other non-lethal actions.

These include:

  • Low Heat – Faster Field Upgrades recharge
  • Medium Heat – Faster movement, sprint-to-fire speed and low-end mobility
  • Hot – Faster weapon reloads, ADS speed and swap speed
  • Extra Hot – Equipment refills after eliminating enemies
  • Extra Extra Hot – Increased damage and score for headshots

Freeze Tag

Release Date: Mid-Season Update

When players are dealt lethal damage, they will freeze in place instead of being eliminated. By freezing players, you will earn score for your team.

Players can be thawed out by reaching and defending them until they are able to move again. The game is decided by whoever reaches the score limit first.
