Jugger-Nog, in Terminus, is located in the Living Quarters, to the left of the Tentacle Trap

Speed Cola

This perk’s location is still yet to be confirmed.

Based on the preview image, this is on one of the smaller islands.

Quick Revive

This perk’s location is still yet to be confirmed.

Usually, this is in the starting room or near the starting room.

Stamin-Up

Stamin-Up, in Terminus, is located in the control room.

PhD Flopper

This perk’s location is still yet to be confirmed. Based on the preview image, it appears to be in a basement, potentially in the cell-block.

Deadshot Daiquiri

This perk’s location is still yet to be confirmed.

Based on the preview image, this appears to be outside the main building or on one of the smaller islands.

Elemental Pop

This perk’s location is still yet to be confirmed.

Based on the preview image, this appears to be in the main building.

Melee Macchiato

Melee Macchiato, in Terminus, is located in the central control room against the wall of Mortuary Cold Lockers.

Outside of perks, there’s also Der Wunderfizz. This is a Perk Machine that grants you a random perk bottle for 1500 points.
