With Season 6 of MW3 now rounding out the year for Call of Duty, many of your favourite game modes are returning. So here are all the new game modes in MW3 Season 6.
All New Game Modes In MW3 Season 6
Hordepoint
Hordepoint was first introduced back in Call of Duty: WWII, back in 2017 and has returned in the past year to MW3.
It’s coming back in Season 6, where players will compete in the traditional Hardpoint format. However, enemy players are not all you have to contest with as there are all bloodthirsty Zombies roaming the map.
Arcade
Arcade returns with Operator abilities being enhanced such as higher jumps, ground slams, forcefields and grab powerful weapons on the map.
Mutation
An interesting take on regular 6v6 and Infected.
This mode pits humans against mutants, with humans gaining access to their regular loadouts.
Meanwhile, mutants can utilise a number of classes:
- Mutated Leaper: Leap at your enemies and become enraged, gaining faster movement speed and melee damage along with the ability to detect enemies around corners. Toss a Snapshot Grenade to reveal foes to your team.
- Radioactive Beast: Charge your enemies as a half dog, half demon. Howl to improve the health and movement speed of your allies and use your enhanced senses to reveal nearby enemies on the minimap.
- Contaminated Sludger: The Sludger obscures sightlines with a Smoke Grenade and can attack enemies with a close-ranged acid blast that pools on the ground and slows its victims. Explode in a large radius of mutant sludge, taking your foes down with you.
- Camouflaged Sneaker: Become partially invisible and stun and slow enemies with a lethal energy projectile. When it’s time to break stealth and attack, scramble at your enemies with an electrified leap.
If Mutants amass a high elimination count they may become the monstrous Mutant Juggernaut.
Infected
One player randomly spawns in as the infected, using their claws and throwing knives to take down the living. Once taken down, they join the Infected.
