Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is poised to be one of the biggest and most ambitious entries in the franchise, with numerous features and enhancements designed to elevate the gameplay experience. But how big is Black Ops 6 going to be?

How Big Is Black Ops 6 Going To Be?

Releasing on October 25th, 2024, it will include a robust offering of a single-player campaign, multiplayer modes, and the fan-favorite Zombies mode.

The scale of Black Ops 6 is certainly impressive, with innovations like the new “Omnimovement” system, allowing players to sprint, slide, and dive in any direction. This feature alone will redefine how players maneuver in combat, offering a more dynamic and immersive experience.

In terms of content, the game is expected to launch with 16 multiplayer maps, including returning classics and new arenas designed to push the boundaries of what the series has offered before. Zombies mode is also making a significant return, with some of the largest maps ever seen in the series. Notably, Terminus Island introduces new mechanics, such as a drivable tactical raft, which adds a fresh layer of strategy to the zombie-slaying action.

The game’s campaign promises deep replayability with its branching narratives and era-specific gadgets, allowing players to approach missions in multiple ways. Call of Duty has attempted this before, with it not quite living up to expectation. There’s hope this time may be different.

With all of this content, how big will the size of the game actually be? MW3 is currently sitting at 149GB. So expect this game to range anywhere between 150-200GB to account for all the new modes and content.

Given these features, Black Ops 6 is not just going to be a big release in terms of gameplay and content, but it’s also set to be a significant moment for the franchise, potentially redefining what players expect from a “Call of Duty” game
