Terminus will be the first round-based map in Black Ops 6. So we’re creating a Terminus Map Guide to help you.
Set in the Philippine Sea, the Terminus Island complex was converted into a top-secret outpost in the 1980s. Later, in 1986, Project Janus took over the island, building a labortory in the subterranean mining caves.
Story And Characters
Peck and Maya break the Requiem crew out of their prison cells and soon learn this is a bio-research station for Project Janus. Your handlers are Peck and Strauss.
Players can play as Grigori Weaver, Elizabeth Grey, Mackenzie ‘Mac’ Carver, and Maya Aguinaldo – these four will feature throughout this year’s Call of Duty game.
The overall objective is to break out of the maximum-security prison complex.

Easter Eggs, Main Quest, Side Quests + Rewards
The Easter Egg Main Quest requires players to complete a set of objectives in a specific order, which usually relates to the lore of the Island and ties into the overall story of Zombies.
The map’s Easter Egg requires players to figure out how to solve of it on their own, usually after the route to the Pack-A-Punch machine has been completed.
There are also plenty of smaller Easter Eggs in the form of audio logs, documents, artifacts and more. Some of these quests are also hidden and only unlocked after doing certain things.
Treyarch has aimed to make this year’s Easter Eggs challenging, at least more challenging than Cold War. They will also make a new guided mode to welcome newer players and allow them to complete the Easter Egg much easier; which will release later in the season. During this, side quests and other narratives will be disabled.
If you complete the quest, you will earn unique rewards themed after the map, with an extra reward for completing the Main Quest the old-fashioned way. You will also earn a limited time Calling Card for completing the Main Quest before the launch of the guided mode.
Zombies
Here are all types of Zombies in Terminus:
- Regular Zombies – A Standard Zombie that will even throw parts of their body at you
- Armored Zombies – A standard Zombie with armored plating that reduce overall damage, as well as the damage of projectiles and explosive damage
- Heavy Zombies – Much more heavily armored Zombies
- Vermin – Spider-like scuttlers with a screaming human head that can climb on walls and spit a caustic substance. They can also evolve into Parasites
- Parasite – A flying-bug like creature that shoots acid bile projectiles
- Manglers – Heavily armored zombie with an Aetherium-augmeneted cannon. They are prone to rage.
- Amalgams – Violent masses of flesh that retain a human shaped form with multiple limbs that can regenerate. They will try to drag you in close and absorb you.
Zombies will get more difficult to evade in the higher rounds as they become swifter and more of them will spawn in, particularly the tougher ones.
