If you’re looking for the XM325 BO7 meta build, loadout and class, we’ve got you covered. With Season 3 of Black Ops 7 a divisive attachment was added for this once-overlooked gun, and it’s catapulted to the top of BO7 meta.

LMGs can be easily overlooked in Call of Duty due to their bulkiness and long reload times. While certain new playlists, can overcome this, it can be a problem that many shudder to contend with. But why is it so popular?

So here’s our advice for using the XM325.

The Best XM325 BO7 Build

Here are the best attachments to run on your XM325 in Black Ops 7’s multiplayer:

5 Attachments

  • Titan-R 7.62 Compensator (Muzzle)
  • 18″ Ristrauch S-100 Barrel (Barrel)
  • Causeway Grip (Rear Grip)
  • XM325 Titan Wield (Stock)
  • MFS Motion Striker Laser (Laser)

8 Attachments

  • Titan-R 7.62 Compensator (Muzzle)
  • 18″ Ristrauch S-100 Barrel (Barrel)
  • Causeway Grip (Rear Grip)
  • XM325 Titan Wield (Stock)
  • Convergence Box Laser (Laser)
  • Bolt Carrier Group (Fire Mods)

This weapon is fine by itself, but its awkward handling makes it lower choice compared to a lot of better weapons. Since the dual-wield attachment became avaialble, its ability has skyrocketed (so you need the XM325 Titan Wield attachment which is available in the week 2 challenges for season 2 or from the armory at a later date).

I would probably opt to run the 5 attachment setup as you wont gain a lot from the 8 attachments (two slots are not compatible with this attachment. You can swap the lasers as you find best based on whether you need more mobility or more damage range.

If you don’t want to use the dual-wield setup, I’d probably go with a setup like this:

  • Fang Hoverpoint Elo (Optic)
  • Redwell Shade-X Suppressor(Muzzle)
  • 18″ Ristrauch S-100 Barrel (Barrel)
  • Sentry Pro Handstop (Underbarrel)
  • Elysian Quick Grip (Rear Grip)
  • RX-7 Shock Stock
  • 1MW Instinct Laser Array (Laser)
  • Accelerated Recoil System (Fire Mods)

You need to run 8 attachments if you’re not running the dual wield setup as it has too much recoil to handle.

The Best XM325 Loadout And Class

With the best XM325 BO7 Meta Build, you’ll need to consider what the rest of your class looks like.

Wildcard

I would run Perk Greed for a 5 attachment setup, you could also use the Specialist to give you as much perk coverage as possible. Overkill is also a more practical option for when the dual-wield is outmatched.

Secondary

  • CODA 9
    • MFS Hawker Ported Comp (Muzzle)
    • 6.3″ Greaves Halberd Barrel (Barrel)
    • Hellgate Stick Mag (Magazine)
    • Akimbo Coda 9 (Stock)
    • Convergence Box Laser (Laser)

Melee

  • Knife

Field Upgrade

Active Camo is always a versatile choice. Scrambler is a good option to keep your location covered.

Mute Field is also a decent option if you choose to be aggressive.

Tactical

Stim Shots are great as you’re going to lack some accuracy so you’re liking to take damage in exchanges. Smoke Grenades are also really useful if you’ve got little cover to manoeuvre through.

Lethal

Any grenade of your choice will do fine with this setup.

I find the Impact Grenade very good should you need to finish off a weak opponent.

Perks

  • Lightweight (Perk 1)
  • Close Shave (Perk 2)
  • Dexterity (Perk 3)
  • Enforcer (Specialist)
  • Ghost (Perk Greed)

Your base perks will give you controlled mobility and movement speed, which you will need.

Your Perk Greed choice is interchangable to fit the needs of your situation.
