Season 3 of Warzone will reintroduce a mode that has been absent for some time. Many of you may have never heard of it or played it before. So you might be asking what is Iron Gauntlet and how does it work in Warzone? You may also be curious about all of the rewards you can get.

Unlike some of the more casual modes coming in Season 3, this has players playing in an informal competition, similar to how Ranked play works. So if Ranked Play isn’t your style, this provides a different option with the same competitive feeling.

What Is Iron Gauntlet And How Does It Work In Warzone

This is a returning mode from previous Warzone eras. Players will drop into a competitive tournament as a Trio with adjusted rules that favour skill over luck.

The format of the ladder mirrors that of Ranked Play Resurgence. Obviously, the key difference is in the rules.

Previously, the mode was featured on Verdansk and was for duos only. This time, teams of three will move to Avalon.

Some of these adjustments include:

• Less resources
• Rapid circle collapses
• Increased base health
• Loot rebalancing
• One-hit-kill protection

There are other adjustments as well to keep the focus on gameplay and decision-making.
