While having the most meta weapon isn’t nearly as important in this mode, knowing what to do with the tools available and how to get more attachments for your weapon is also super important.

How To Get More Attachments In Black Ops Royale

Being able to obtain more attachments for your weapon in Black Ops Royale is really as simple as finding them. Well, at least, finding attachment kits. These are the things you want to look for when trying to upgrade your weapon.

Attachment kits are found across the map and are lootable items. Once they are used, they can not be reversed. If you apply it to a weapon, you can’t take it off and put it on another weapon. So instead of looking for specific attachments, you’re just looking for these kits. Think of them as upgrade points; each kit upgrades your weapon by one point, with a total of 5 points, starting at 1.

Weapons now have two important factors when determining it’s ability and value – those being weapon rarity and weapon archetypes.

A weapon’s rarity is determined by how many attachments it has, and each weapon has its own archetype that determines what attachments will be added to the weapon.

It’s important to note that the attachments for a weapon are pre-determined. You can’t choose what attachments to add to the weapon. But when you pick up a weapon, the archetype is displayed on your HUD along with the available attachments. You can opt to pursue this path or look for a new weapon.

Special Exotic weapons will be available in-game that have 8 attachments, but will be much rarer to find and can not be built yourself.
